Suite 2
Nicely appointed, cozy suite on family farm on quiet cove of famous Lake Fork with large private boat ramp & pier just a short walk or drive to the lake. Suite is lofted & accessed by steel & stone stairway with balcony overlooking grassy pastures, trees, small creek, impressive stone fire pit and BBQ grill. This unit features sleeping space for up to 4 adults, spacious bathroom, dining area, and full kitchen with eating & cookware. We have 3 suites to choose from, so look at the others too!
The Space
Great for families and close to Canton. By the way, we have three units that are all next to one another. So if your desired booking dates are already taken then please make sure that you’ve also looked at our other adjacent units, identified as suites 1 and 3 (which are identical in size & floorplan) and suite 1 (this one is twice as large that easily sleeps six guests) .
Guest Access
100′ boat dock and 30′ wide boat ramp that gives you direct Lake Fork access; private 2-acre 26′ deep swimming pond, nature walks, and amazing star gazing nearly every night of the year! If needed, you can park your boat & trailer right below your room, recharge your batteries and not worry about stowing your fishing gear because the property is safe and secure. Or just leave your boat in the water and tie it up on our dock at night. As of Feb2021 we also have just completed building an amazing 57′ swimming pool & jacuzzi – photos are coming…come check it out!! Adults only – kids allowed but MUST be carefully supervised.
Other things to note
Canton’s Market Day is the first weekend of each month and just 27 miles away; plenty of quality restaurants in the surrounding area – but don’t assume they’re good unless you personally know, so you may want to ask us where to dine if you don’t want any surprises because we can help.
